Housekeeping/General Maintenance

The Building Services General Maintenance program provides general maintenance services and small project management for our residential areas on campus, approximately 4 million square feet, and 12,000 beds.  We are the first responders to maintenance issues in the residence halls and can resolve most minor maintenance issues.  The Building Services General Maintenance program oversees summer cosmetic projects to enhance the Residence Halls, and is additionally responsible for liaising with University schools, colleges, and departments regarding building maintenance needs.
