Facilities Operations

Carpentry is responsible for keeping buildings on campus in good working order 24/7. Maintaining and installing all doors including garage doors, exterior and interior.  Repair & replace ceilings and walls as needed by the campus community. The shop will also do small building renovations to classrooms and offices across campus. Other tasks that are completed by the Carpentry shop include replacing all types of roofing, utilizing equipment that requires special training to use high lifts as needed for our campus. The shop also replaces windows, trim and glazing on all types of metal, fiberglass, vinyl ,wood and composite frames. We can also make custom windows in our shops. Along with repairing of wood furniture, countertops, and chairs.
