Project Administration

Project Administration supports the University by providing construction, renovation, cosmetic renewal as well as inspection services to interior building areas at the Storrs and some regional campuses.  The units providing these services under Project Administration include Academic Renovations, Interior Renewal and the Paint Shop.  The majority of services provided are completed in Academic Buildings with the focus on support of the Academic Mission of the University.  Several construction methods are used including work by Facilities staff and students or University on call contracts for general contractors and
vendor services.

The Project Administration team strives to provide quick response cost effective and professional services for wide variety of requests, while collaborating with other University departments and stakeholders to comply with all applicable Federal, State regulations and laws as well as University policies and procedures.
