Rental Properties
A complete Housing Request Form must be submitted by a department for a guest to be eligible to stay in a UConn rental property and will allow Facilities Operations to reserve a house or apartment for that guest.
If a department will be paying for guest housing, there may be tax implications to the guest and/or department. For more information view the Supplemental Information Request for Tax Compliance on Campus Housing Application.
All University Rentals come fully furnished and include: furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, basic cable, internet, trash pick-up, snow clean up, mowing and sewer/water.
